My Composition
I've played the piano for about 10 or so years and am beginning to learn the harp. I've composed songs in my head almost the whole time but never wrote them down until now. I have Finale 2011 and Cubase le5 which are music programs and can now begin to write music for real. I entered a composing contest sponsored by the York Symphony orchestra this year and won first place in the high school division. I wrote the song for harp and a person from the orchestra orchestrated it. Here is my recording of my song:
